Closed:Differential gene expression analysis with RPKM

Hi,

I know there are a lot of discussion about why we can't perform DE analysis (by EdgeR or DEseq )using RPKM, but this is the only data type I received from others. How can I perform DE analysis using the RPKM data I have now? Thank you!
