integrate genes and metabolites among my list to enrichment pathway

Hi guys I have a list of genes and metabolites that I interest. I know it's easy to perform gene enrichment pathway analysis and metabolite enrichment analysis respectively. Importantly, how can I integrate these genes and metabolites(HMDB ID or KEGG ID) to perform enrichment pathway analysis together?
