Hello,
I ran Abyss2.0 for paired ended reads and I got some results, but I can't find the final results file. I got these files, x-1.fa to x-9.fa, x-unitigs.fa, x-contigs.fa, and x-scaffolds.fa. All of them are very small size, <100MB
My question is 1. my ran was finished normally? 2. which file is the final results?
Could anyone tell me my questions?
