Hi all,

I am trying to understand what a singular value weighted gene expression of a geneset means. This comes from GSEA analysis which implements singular value decomposition.

Does this refer to the normalised enrichment score? I would like to understand how this is obtained and what is essentially meaning. I do not have much statistics background but would like to understand this more.

Thanks!
