Hi all, I use the CASAVA pipeline with a GAIIx sequencer. Output, I get the BAM files and snps.txt and indels.txt. I try to convert these txt files into vcf file. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you in advance for help!
I'm not sure if there are a converter, but it must be easy to transform the text file (and many people here can code some script to help you), can you show a sample of both files please?
