How can I extract all the GCA_0000000. from bac120.tree?

The bac120.tree is like follows

So I wrote a Perl script but it turns out only print the first GCA_003754355. ,but I want all the GCA. What's wrong with my code?

Please, there is no reason to post images of text here. As the script is small, you should post it here, using the code buttion (101010) to properly format the code. Also, it is really helpful if one provides a small reproducible example.
