Hi,

Can anyone explain, how do we calculate the polygenic risk score? Can anyone give an example?

I just launched a dockerhub version of the impute-me polygenic risk scoring calculator: https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/lassefolkersen/impute-me - the advantage is that it has a graphical user-interface, so at least it's easy to use. And the results page tries to explain the process as well as possible

There is no standard to how these are calculated. Most seem to be derived from the beta coefficient after having fit a regression model to the data, and may thereafter be 'weighted' by some other value. If a Bayesian regression model is used, then model 'priors' (weights) can be used to weight the coefficients during model fitting.
