SeqinR calculates the frequency of codons. And it generates a table of the genetic code with the tablecode () function that starts with UUU and ends with GGG. It is possible to change the order so that it starts AAA and ends with UUU. That is, it is possible to change the formula that defines this order that UUU is the first and GGG is the last in the table of the genetic code.
