Heatmap plot with ChIP-seq signal.

Hi everyone! I'm newbie in bioinformatics. I'm trying to create heatmap plot from .bw file, the ChIP-seq signal. Here, this is output data from bwtool command: bwtool matrix

So, i want to draw heatmap plot with the data by R, not by packages such as: ngstool, deeptool, etc. Thank you for your help!
