Hello, I'm making a website and I want to add a page where there could be a user-friendly interface for people to use different tools that do sequencing, aligning etc (for example bowtie2, samtools etc). I have seen a tutorial going around for Blast but it was only specific towards that so I was wondering whether there's something adjacent for other kinds of bioinformatics tools. Thank you in advance!

It depends on how you want to build this. If you're building it from scratch, then search the web for cgi programming with your language of choice. What you've seen for BLAST is probably an example of this that could be adapted to any other tool you care to run. Alternatively, you could set up a Galaxy server.

Hello! Thanks for the suggestions! I have already made a galaxy account so I guess setting up a server would be the next step!
