Package to get full Pubmed text in R

Hello, Does anyone know of any package in R that contains a function to extract full Pubmed text? I searched in RISmed, pubmed.mineR, and easyPubMed, I believe none of them can extract full text. Any leads would be highly appreciated.

PubMed only has abstracts. Only open access articles have full text available and these are in PubMed Central. You can use the NCBI's eutils to get them or download them from their FTP site.
