How can I solve BACTERIAL_JOINED_FEATURES_NO_EXCEPTION error with MAKER-P

I am using MAKER-P to annotate my genome. On submission to NCBI it returned this error FATAL: BACTERIAL_JOINED_FEATURES_NO_EXCEPTION: 280 coding regions with joined locations have no exceptions

Any idea on how to approach this error? Thanks
