Hi everybody,

For a class final project, my friend and I explored the landscape of single nucleotide mitochondrial mutations in 2117 tumors spanning 22 primary sites. We explored the visible hotspot mutations and used nonparametric methods to estimate probabilities and frequencies of encountering previously unseen mutations in various genomic features.

Our final grade is dependent upon online interaction with our project. We'd really appreciate it if you checked out our report Check out report our two dataisbeautiful posts on reddit (dataisbeautiful1, dataisbeautiful1).

And please let us know if you have any feedback or questions!
