Volcano plot with Hazard Ratio and P value from CoxPH model

Hi All,

I wanted to make a volcano plot with log Hazard Ratio (HR) in the x axis and P value in the y axis like the one here. I have the clinical survival data and the gene expression data. When I used the HR and the P value from CoxPH model,

 coxph(Surv(time, status) ~ expression, data = Lung)

I got something like the ones below instead. I wonder which model I should use to make a more regular volcano plot? Thanks in advance!
