Is there a catalog or database of single transcription factor perturbation bulk RNA-seq experiments?

I'm aware of this similar question from 7 years ago (!), though I would like to restrict it to just RNA-seq. I'm looking for any list of bulk RNA-seq experiments, a GEO accession number or something, where a single transcription factor is perturbed in humans.

Some resources I have tried:

  • CREEDS (CRowd Extracted Expression of Differential Signatures), but it looks like everything on there is microarray.
  • The Gene Perturbation Atlas, but the website is down (for good, I suspect).

Also, in the case none exists, and if I had to manually curate these experiments --- how should I go about this? Is there a better way than to use a MeSH'd search on NCBI GEO Datasets?
