Hi mohammad.shoumik.saad.aarman,

You can export a file (GTF/GFF3) containing the annotated genes within a region of interest by selecting GTF/GFF3 from the pop-up window after clicking the 'Export Data' button when viewing a genomic location in the Ensembl genome browser.

Alternatively, you can retrieve information about the genes within a region of interest by using the genomic coordinates as a filter in the BioMart tool or through the Ensembl REST API.

However, it seems that the region you have provided in your example is a masked region of the genome, and so there are no genes annotated in this region of the genome.
