I used the following code to plot a tree, but the tree including too many spcies so that I can not see the plot clearly. How can I zoom in the pic?
Probably the best way to achieve this is to export the tree file plotted in R and plot it for instance in a tree annotation software such as iTOL.
Although it is possible to zoom in the plot figures in R, R is not the best software to zoom and edit/annotate a tree.
