dear all, I am a beginner of bioinformatics. i am doing homology modeling of 2 proteins. But i have done this using automated mode of different tools of protein modeling. but this causes a lot of problems and generates a poor model. i want to know the basic steps of homology modeling. Your valuable suggestion will help me a lot. Thanks in advance.

Your question is poorly worded and vague. You're asking someone here to walk you through the process of modeling the homology of two proteins?

This post from a few months ago should get you started. I suggest reading the reference at the end of the last post.

Please let us know if you have a more specific question about the process after you have given it a try.
