Hello EVeryone, I am a computational biologist, working on standardizing NGS pipelines. I have recently started to RUN qtl-seq pipeline. I have faced many gliches and errors while running qtl seq v1,v2. If anyone out there could help me get over the errors it would be much helpful for me.
In the Qtl-seq v1 which is outdated. But For better understanding I am running version1.
I am facing error in the setup and running the scripts.
IF ANYONE WELL FAMILIAR WITH QTLSEQ. I APPRECIATE THE VERY HELP. I CAN EXPLAIN IN DETAIL THE ERROR.
