Hi, I have been trying to run REPET pipeline as a docker container. in the configuration file, it asks you to add some additional dependencies to run the analysis, e.g. in Step 2 it says:

you can choose the blast program between NCBI-BLAST, NCBI-BLAST+ and WU-BLAST ("blast: ncbi", "blast: blastplus", "blast: wu"). https://urgi.versailles.inra.fr/Tools/REPET/TEdenovo-tuto

if I choose "WU-BLAST", when running the command:

TEdenovo.py -P DmelChr4 -C TEdenovo.cfg -S 2 -s Blaster

it returns

beginning of step 2
self-alignment with Blaster
ERROR: 'blast: WU-BLAST' in your configuration file is not authorized

my question is that, since I am running it in a docker shell, how should I install the say, WU-BLAST engine inside that container?

p.s. that is just an example, later on I also need to install RepeatScout, add RepBase library and mysql to add it to the config file, point is that I have installed all of them on my own local directory which is separated from the container, how should I attach or install them to the container so that it realizes it?

for example I have already coppied my WU-BLAST folder to the container, but it still doesn't recognize it
