hi

I am encountering an error in Deseq2.

Fatal error: An undefined error occurred, please check your input carefully and contact your administrator.

Error in data.frame(..., check.names = FALSE) : arguments imply differing number of rows: 38281, 19830 Calls: get_deseq_dataset ... eval -> eval -> eval -> cbind -> cbind -> data.frame

can anyone plz help regarding this errror

This seems to be an error from some kind of wrapper script, not from DESeq2 itself. You will need to include details on what exactly you ran (which tool) and with which commands.

Yes, it looks like some part of the script is trying to bind two dataframes together, but it returns an error because they are of different size. The numbers 38281 and 19380 suggest a different number of genes. It is impossible to tell more without details of the script.
