Hello everyone. I have two columns containing ensemble peptide ids. I was wondering whether it would be possible to annotate, with just one command line, two columns at the same time.

the reason I ask for this is because the only idea I have in mind is to run 2 merge function one right after the other – not sure this is the best thing to do?

thanks in advance

apologies for not making this clear. I have peptide ids and want to convert these into protein names.

Can you include some example data, and an example of what you want the output to look like?

Could you please illustrate what you'd like to do with some example data (and the expected output)?

Thanks for the comments. I have a list of ids interacting somehow with another list of ids. I want to convert these two lists into gene names.

Mozart : Not sure why you need it done at the same time. To remove redundancy perhaps? If you have your lists then convert them and reconcile later.
