ProSite Scan Tool and finding similar hits

I created a regular expression and used ScanProsite tool (with SwissProt and Trembl). I found about 203 hits. How do I know, percentage wise, how similar each hit is to my original regular expression/motif?

Any sequence found by ScanProsite will 100% conform to your regular expression. If you are interested in similarity to individual sequences that were used to extract the expression, a simple sequence comparison will give you the answer.

How would I be able to do that?

There are many ways of doing it, especially if you have BLAST or FASTA installed locally on your computer. If not, there is an option on the main BLAST website to align two sequences (under Global Align).
