Hello everyone,

I am wondering about generating a heatmap without the dendrogram tree using the TOMplot() function in the WGCNA package. I also would like to change the color of the heatmap as well.

Any suggestion is appreciated! Thank you!

Hi adR,

to answer to your question, without the dendrogram, you are going to suppress the clustering; this is not a good idea. The whole point TOMplot() is to highlight the modules in the TOM using an heatmap. Without the dendrogram the plot is going to be messy.
