Finding the logic of lncRNA effect on gene expression

Hi. I want to have research about mRNA and lncRNA expression and the effect of lncRNA on the gene expression level on Breast cancer, by real-time PCR experiment. For designing the subject of this research, first I find a hub differentially expressed gene by microarray and GSEA analysis. then, I want to find a lncRNA that could have a significant effect on that funded gene, bioinformatically. but I don't know the logic of this interaction! What databases you offer me to use for finding the predicted lncRNA-mRNA interaction, and how I should choose the more significant lncRNA for my research? should the lncRNA and that gene be on a single chromosome?
