Hello
I have two groups of patients, responders to chemotherapy and non-responders
In GISTIC broad significant results, I see arm 20q is only significantly amplified in responders (q-value < 0.1 ) but in amp_genes.conf_95 file for non-responders I see in smaller scale, 20q13.33 peak (q-values =0.06)
How is it possible? 20q is only significantly amplified in responders but in smaller scale peak 20q13.33 is significantly amplified in non-responders
Please help me to know where I am doing wrong
