I have been trying to find out the data of dose response of the cell lines in Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia (CCLE) database for many days now. The dose response data for the GDSC database is available on the GDSC download page in the raw file. But I did not find any dose response data on the CCLE website. I also tried out some R packages that I found like PharmacoDB (this did not give any result), PharmacoGX (the raw dose response values are not there also.)
I also browsed in the DepMap portal but for CCLE, I am not able to find the raw dose-response data.
From the CCLE publication I got the pharmacological profiling supplementary file where they have given Doses(uM), Activity Data (Median), Activity SD, ....... EC50, IC50, Amax, ActArea, and other information about the cell lines.
Now I want the viability/intensity values for the 8 concentration levels they have mentioned (.0025,.0080,.025,.080,.25,.80,2.53,8) along with control viability value for all the plates they have used.
Where is this data available ?
A similar example could be the data that is present on the GDSC database download section i.e. the raw files. In that there is information about the concentration and corresponding viability value per plate.
That is the information I need for CCLE database drugs also. Please help me, I have tried many ways to find this data but somehow I could not find it so far.
