I hope everyone is doing well,

What is your scATAC-seq computational pipeline / tool / literature of best choice? I wanted to take a poll for which scATAC-seq tools in the public or proprietary domains people are currently being used.

We are expanding our capabilities in single-cell chromatin analysis and we are aiming for a good start. Any inputs or who I should get in touch would be much appreciated.
