I'm running the Package "GOplot" demo to make the COcluster image (the demo operation can be reviewd at https://wencke.github.io/#display-of-the-relationship-between-genes-and-terms-gochord), all the initials steps are fine to work, but when it comes to the last one, when run: GOCluster(circ, EC$process, clust.by = 'logFC', term.width = 2)
I got the message:
Error in $<-.data.frame(*tmp*, "logFC", value = list()) :
replacement has 0 rows, data has 9804
I noticed some experts' comments that: The new variable needs to be created first. (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29814912/error-replacement-has-x-rows-data-has-y) But not sure how to operate as a R new user.
Can anyone help to solve this problem? Thanks.
