I want to do the alternative splice analysis with SMART-seq scRNA-seq data. Is it different to use bulk tools or single cell tools? Can you recommend some tools for me. Thanks
Did you get any answers somewhere else? I am looking for the same solution. If you already found any, kindly please share.
I haved used BIRE and OUTRIGGER ,they are for singlecells. But, it is hard to say them did well
