Hello. I have RNA-seq data using the RNEasy Mini Kit (Qiagen) and I wonder if I can harvest exogenous and endogenous microRNAs with the RNEasy Mini extraction kit?
Question if the kit can do this is outside the scope of this forum which focuses on bioinformatics. You can post that over at SeqAnswers.com.
Answer is no by the way, that is why specialized smallRNA kits have been designed. Please read the manual, it indicates the size range that can be captured.
