How will the fusion sequence looks like in RNA level

Hi, This is from the cosmic data base. And will these two be the same sequence in RNA level even they have different break point in the intron.

fusionID ENST_left Gene_left breakpoint_left ENST_right Gene_right breakpint_right

And to be further, what about the insGGUG, will that show in RNA level?

Hi,

Yes, if the break points of both fusions are in the same intron they should be the same sequence in RNA level.
