Join us to learn how to do modern reproducible data science in these 2 courses:
1) Introduction to NEXTFLOW /ONLINE, 12-14 April 2021
The course is intended for users to become quickly proficient in Nextflow technology, starting from basic through to advanced concepts.
Intensive training is provided across 14 Nextflow topics with each topic designed to last between 45 to 60 min and includes talks, live demonstrations and practical sections which all participants can complete.
2) Introduction to Snakemake /1-2 June 2021
This course will introduce the Snakemake workflow definition language and describe how to use the execution environment to scale workflows to compute servers and clusters while adapting to hardware specific constraints. Further, it will be shown how Snakemake helps to create reproducible analyses that can be adapted to new data with little effort.
