I have sequenced a bacterial genome using Illumina and Nanopore.

De novo Hybrid assembly resulted in the genome with a single contig.

Upon checking the genome completeness with BUSCO, the BUSCO scores were 99.1%.

Can this assembly be considered as a Complete Genome??
