Hi Everyone

I have a question. I have a list of some human genes. I want to find the corresponding gene in mouse. Like for example ABT1 is a human gene. What is the corresponding gene in mouse

How can i get that.

Regards

Varun

MGI has a good resource and is the first Google hit for "mouse human ortholog." Their FAQ on that page has an entry for how to "view the ortholog set for a mouse gene" and "view the ortholog set for a mouse gene." OrthoDB (vertebrate section) is another good resource.

Homologene is one common source for ortholog groups. In addition to web access for interactive searches, you can also download the entire data file from their FTP site.
