Where can I download the SOLiD accuracy enhancement tool? Apparently the official link at solidsoftwaretools.com is no longer active.
That usually means that the tool is neither supported nor is believed to be of any use anymore.
Or perhaps it means that ABI wants you to use their LifeScope software.
That being said we do have a 64bit linux version on our system and you might give it a try if you want to
You cannot believe how much complicated is turning my colleague's project done on SOLiD. I promised him with same help, but almost all repositories I visited to get tools for SOLiD are not longer available or are empty. Even the company's web pages
The http://bcc.bx.psu.edu/download/saet.2.2/ contains a pdf file with instructions, and a file named saet_mp file and cannot figure out its content. It is not a zip, tar, gz or any kind of compressed file..

Could you share it again?I can find it in Lifescope package but I hope to get the source code, understand it and make some adaptation for my data.
