Off topic:Get Snp Position From Name With Web Service (Ncbi 36 And 37)

Are there any GET/POST web services for getting the chromosome position of a named SNP? i.e. send "rs2886331" - need to get back Chr1 201100526

I've tried EUtils http://eutils.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/eutils/efetch.fcgi?db=snp&id=2886331&report=XML But it only returns results for NCBI build 37
