Hi, Can u give any suggestions for the calculation of all phi and psi angles of backbone based on pdb co-ordinates. I want perl script for this calculation after pasing pdb file.

You can try Biopython or have a look at the code. Or make a simple PDB parser and compute phi/psi angles according to atom names.
