Convert Dosage Files To Bed Files

Hi,

I was wondering whether anybody knows if there is a way to convert dosage files created through imputation into PED/BED format to be read by Plink? I know Plink can read dosage files directly, but I need to get the genotypes back into BED format if possible. Any advice would be very much appreciated!

First, use GTOOL www.well.ox.ac.uk/~cfreeman/software/gwas/gtool.html to convert them to PED/MAP format. Then use PLINK to BED/BIM/FAM format.
