Combined Rnaseq + Microarray Transcriptomics Datasets

I am working on some novel microarray analysis methods, and I am looking for some transcriptomics data where there exists both DNA microarray (raw CEL files from Affy preferably) data and RNASeq data (any platform, raw) for the same or very similar biological system. Mouse or human data would be best.

I have done some searching in the SRA and GEO, and on BioProjects, but mostly what I find are microarray combined with ChIP-Seq, not transcriptomics in both cases.

just look for papers where microarray are compared to RNAseq such as:
