I have 4 libraries of SuperSAGE ,the raw data in excel sheet I want to make the summary table of the whole data (no. of sequenced tags, number of unique transcripts ,abundance classes of Unitags and so on) I need a guide in how to start to extracting results from these huge amount of that excel sheets.

I am biologist and cant use any complicated programs. wait ur reply

"Raw data in an excel sheet" is my new favorite oxymoron ;-) Also, I'm afraid your question is (1) a bit too vague to get any meaningful answers; and (2) excel is just the wrong tool to try and handle this data ... you need to learn a bit of programming, or find "canned" packages that deal with SAGE data -- have you tried hunting around on google for a bit to see what's out there?
