Annotating Expression Profile Data

Hi I have the gene expression profile data downloaded from GEO database. i wanted to get the gene name the chromosome where it is present etc my present data looks some thing like this

Gene Name    Normalized Data  GeneOntology Biological Process_Affymetrix    Description              
1448649_at    908.3              6508 // proteolysis and peptidolysis //      glutamyl aminopeptidase

i wanted to get gene symbol (my data set gene description is available) and the chromosome where it is present is there any fast way to get that?

Have a look at AnnotationDbi bioconductor package.
