we have a training population with 150 varieties and 5，536 SNP information。 I want to estimate every SNP genetic effects on some traits like height or yield。 what should I do and which theory should be used to analysis the data。thank you for your advise and I am eager for it!
Do you also have phenotype data (height, yield) for the 150 varieties?
