Is there any easy way to extract all the references using a batch Pubmed ID numbers?

Do you mean the references cited by the publication the pubmed ID is refering to?

Yeah, David is right. I have collected a list of pubmed IDs from 200 different publications related to my research area. Now I want to grab all the references and make a new reference list in an order instead of manually searching each one individually so during manuscript writing I don't have to write up references list manually.

I don't think you can do it easily. The solution mentioned below with Zotero will not import the references cited in a paper.

If the article is in PMC, you can import all references using Zotero.
