Visualizing Maf Of Variants From Vcf Over A Gene Structure

This is a long shot,

Given genomic position, allelic information and chromosome info is there any visualization tool out there to plot MAF over gene structure ? I am looking for something very similar to locuszoom but also compute MAF directly from VCF and then plot. Is something already available ?

I think that you have pointed out one of the largest areas from improvement in genome browsing. I have always rolled my own. Haven't seen anything that great yet. Look forward to see what people have to say.
