I'm trying to get RNA-seq patient data for breast cancer or liver cancer. I know encode has RNA-seq but those are mostly for cell lines. Also, I looked at SRA in NCBI and was not successful in getting RNA-seq patient data for those two diseases.

Does anybody knows other sources or data that I could use?

Thanks!

The Cancer Genome Atlas project has produced lots of RNAseq data. I don't know about liver, but they certainly have breast tumor data. See: https://cghub.ucsc.edu/
