We performed aCGH and depict the result using fused lasso regression. We got similar image as shown in below mention link;

Since we have more samples, the left side of so called legend (Gain or loss) came for all samples resulting made image clumsy. Is there is any way (may be change in some script) to shift Gain or loss legend left (outside the image) or completely removed?
If you provide more information including a reproducible example and data, it will be more likely that you get help. Without code we do not even know which packages you are using, and it is unlikely that you will get an answer. Also, not everyone might know the acronym http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Array-comparative_genomic_hybridization. This is to improve your question such that it becomes of maximal value not only to you but a broad audience.
