I have a list of coordinates of similar regions between four long sequences.

Is there any ready-to-use tool to draw them with marked synteny regions? Or some python library?

I'm looking for the tool for the good looking and ready to publish images, not for simple drawing=)

Possible duplicate of: gene cluster/ synteny visulization, Drawing homology between mouse and human. Have closed the question, feel free to show what is new with this question, then I will reopen it.

Answers to these two questions are about synteny browsers. But one of answers has a link to http://www.cs.utah.edu/~miriah/mizbee/Executables.html that do what I need and I can make images with print screen button.
