Is there any study about grouping proteins in viruses as functional modules?
As an organism, proteins inside viruses should also be working in groups and form certain functional modules.
what is the meaning of organism inside virus? also do you mean by module a domain proteins inside virus?
of course there are studies on nucleocapsid assembly.. perhaps you can ask this question at biology-stackexchange
