In order to get a useful answer you're going to have to be a lot clearer about what you mean by "breast cancer genes". Genes which have been frequently found to be mutated in adenocarcinomas? Genes whose expression is up- or down-regulated compared to adjacent tissue? Genes which are candidates identified in GWAS?

Dear, I want to download all the genes involved in breast cancer for a particular signalling pathway mainly for wnt, notch, apoptosis,aml,jak-stat no matter the gene is over expressed or under expressed compared to tissue.

Closing this one as a duplicate of Extracting list of genes associated with a pathway in KEGG.

Thanks for sharing such good information. This database is providing nice information along with list of miRNAs that target that gene in cancer but its not fulfilling my requirement.
